Can I return my product?
We always aim for make sure our customers love our products, but if you do need to return an order, we’re happy to help. Just email us directly and we’ll take you through the process.
How long do I have to return my product?
We understand that you need to return it but life gets in the way. We are happy to help you return that one, and offer a 30 day return period for you to make that tough decision! Please refer to our returns policy for more information.
How long will my refund take to process?
Refunds are issued immediately as long as they meet the criteria, once we have released the funds from our end, it should take around 3-5 days to show up in your bank account. In cases where it may take longer to show up, please contact your bank for further resolution. We are sad to see you go!
Shipping & Delivery
Do you ship overseas?
Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. We run discounts and promotions all year, so stay tuned for exclusive deals.
How long will it take to get my order?
It depends on where you are. Orders processed in Australia & New Zealand will take 6-10 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-15 Business days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
My order hasn't arrived and it has been over 1 week!
Once we receive your order, we prepare, pack and ship it out within 1-3 days, after that, it can take anywhere from 6-10 Business days for your order to arrive. You will be emailed a tracking number through which you can track the journey of your item. In the rare case that your order doesn't arrive, don't worry! You can email us here and we will make sure to locate your order and update you ASAP!
What shipping carriers do you use?
We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.
How do I track my order?
After we pass your order to our logistics provider, we will send you a shipping confirmation email which will have a ‘Track Order’ button. This will take you directly to the tracking website so you can follow the live tracking updates!
Are the sizes true to fit?
There is a size chart available on our product pages, you can simply click on it to check the right fit for you!
When will my item be restocked?
Sometimes we run out of stock due to high demand, don't worry! We have our officials working around the clock to keep our products stocked and make sure you get what you want!
Are you stocked in any stores anywhere?
Nope! Just us We exclusively sell online, and we representatives all around the globe.
